Attorney Kayla Rachal grew up in a small town in Maryland along the Potomac River. In 2007, she moved to Tennessee and attended Austin Peay State University before continuing her legal education at Nashville School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor. She was licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee in 2017.
Since entering practice, Kayla has focused much of her career on immigration law, representing individuals and families in a wide range of immigration matters. She has a particular passion for working with individuals who have experienced abuse, violence, trafficking, or other difficult circumstances and who may qualify for humanitarian immigration relief. Her practice also includes family-based immigration, removal defense, adjustment of status, consular processing, and other matters before USCIS and the immigration courts.
As the founder of Rachal Law Group, Kayla is committed to providing clients with compassionate, straightforward, and individualized legal representation while continuing to grow the firm’s ability to serve the legal needs of individuals and families throughout Middle Tennessee.

Attorney Kelsey Hunter has longstanding ties to Middle Tennessee, where she attended high school before completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She later continued her legal education at Nashville School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor.
Kelsey represents individuals and families in matters involving family law, divorce, criminal defense, and civil litigation. She understands that legal issues in these areas can be stressful and deeply personal and is committed to providing clear guidance, thoughtful representation, and practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
As an attorney with Rachal Law Group, Kelsey helps expand the firm’s ability to serve individuals and families throughout Middle Tennessee with a broader range of legal needs while maintaining the personal attention and individualized representation central to the firm.
